A 15-minute therapy consultation is a brief introductory meeting between a therapist and a client. During this session, the client briefly discusses their concerns, the therapist outlines their approach, and they may set initial goals. It's a chance to establish a connection and decide if further therapy is desired.

Initial Assessment/Evaluation | $175
An initial assessment is a personalized and comprehensive service, laying the foundation for effective treatment. With a focus on your unique needs, we delve into personal history, challenges, and strengths, creating a collaborative and supportive space. This is where your journey starts.

Individual Therapy | $150 Per Session
Individual therapy consists of meeting one on one with a therapist to address elements that are on your mind. These sessions are private, confidential and can be structured at times. This is highly personalized to cater to the specific needs and objectives of the client.
